In a Hatch Back and Sedan Maximum of four people+ one driver and in Innova Maximum Six people+Driver and in Tempo there are three types of tempos, Nine seater in which nine people+driver, 12 seater Tempo in which 9push back seats and one sofa cum bed seat will be there were three people can sit on the Sofa+one driver and 15seater Tempo in which there will be 12push back seats+one sofa cum bed seat where three people can sit on the sofa+one driver. However, in our portal, we have given cost based on maximum 12 seater. For 15seater we can provide cost on request.
Till what time of vehicle will be available with us for Himachal 9nts?
The Vehicle will be available every day from morning 8am till evening 7pm. In case of traveling from one city to the other city, the vehicle will be available till the guest reach of their hotel.

Though there is no time limit to book the vehicle like how many days before one should book the vehicle, but we always suggest to book the car as soon as you finalize your program as the cost given is always subject to change. What is the booking amount to pay at the time of booking Himachal 9nts?
You need to deposit 20% or full payment or the payment agreed with us (In case you are booking via mail or via calling us) to book the vehicle. Balance payment (If you deposit 20% or payment agreed in our account) can be paid to the driver upon arrival.
How will I get to know if my Himachal 9nts taxi booking is confirmed?
Once we will get the payment in our account (You need to send us the deposit slip by mail at [email protected]) , we will send you the confirmation mail. Is there is any kilometer limit for 9 Nights / 10 Days Himachal 9nts?
There is no km limit in the program since we have based our cost as per the program shown in our itinerary section. However, the vehicle will be with the guest within the city so that in case they need to visit some other monument/place within the city which is not mentioned in the program than they are free to visit the same.
What are the sightseeing points which will be covered in the program Himachal 9nts in 9 Nights / 10 Days?
We have mentioned all sightseeing points in our itinerary section and you are suggested to read them carefully to avoid any on tour trouble. The places mentioned will be covered in the program (Subject to weather conditions and local Government/ Union approval). We have given the program for the package and all the sightseeing points which we have mentioned is already included (Kindly go through the program carefully as some places are mentioned which can be visited on direct payment basis by hiring another vehicle). This is a suggest program only and the vehicle will go till the point it is allowed as at some monuments outside vehicles are allowed only till parking and from there the guest either needs to take another vehicle on direct payment basis or go by walk.

Driver Food and Accommodation is included in the cost. However, driver personal tip is not included on 9 Nights / 10 Days Himachal 9nts, which will be on the guest wish if they want to tip him and how much they want to tip him. It is not compulsory.
